Facility Use

Please download the Facility Use Applications below for External or Internal facility requests. Submit completed applications to Denise Bailey in the Facilities Department. If you need assistance or have questions regarding a facility use please contact Denise Bailey at ext. 1032. Be sure your application packet includes your liability certificate for $1mil per occurrence, proof of non-profit if applicable and $15 application fee.

These calendars below show the availability of the Georgie O’Connor Boardroom and the Louise Elliston Conference (LEC) Room.  If you would like to reserve the Boardroom a facility use form must be filled out.  If you are interested in the LEC, please call ext 1080 or email janet.weldon@lmusd.org.
