2) Documents Needed for Registration

To register your child, you will NEED:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residency (2 from the list are needed)
    • Current Utility Bill
    • Most Recent Property Tax Bill
    • Original Rental Agreement or Purchase Agreement
