The Oceano Community Center is owned and operated by the Lucia Mar Unified School District with the purpose of serving the members of the community. In addition to hosting Parent Participation programs here, the facility offers rental space for a wide range of public and private event needs for community, education, business, athletic and social activities. Oceano Community Center (OCC) uses two types of applications: Recreational Application – for all sporting events.
