Bright Futures After-School Academic Program for students funded by the After School Enrichment and Safety state grant. This grant enables us to offer students in the program a safe environment, academic support and enrichment classes aligned with the regular school day and a healthy snack for FREE. Our mission is to meet the needs of students and families as a means to close the achievement gap by providing children with opportunities to develop skills, competency, and efficacy in an environment that values children, the love of learning, and achievement. We provide students with a place to do their homework as well as enrichment, hands on, and physical activities. Applications are available in the school office. The program is offered at the following schools:

  • Dana
  • Fairgrove
  • Grover Beach
  • Grover Heights
  • Lange
  • Mesa
  • Nipomo
  • Oceano

Bright Futures begins at the end of the school day and runs until 6:00 p.m. (or 6:15 p.m. at the Nipomo schools.)
