To Make a Public Comment:

Members of the public may comment on agenda items. For convenience, comments may be made via email in advance, and the district may provide a telephonic option for verbal comments. If you wish to address the board, you may email your public comment in advance to: [email protected]. Please limit your public comment to 450 words (approximately 3 minutes maximum) and reference the agenda item # or title. Your written comment will not be read publicly at the meeting but will be shared with the board and will be made available as part of the public meeting record. The board president may limit the amount of discussion time for any one agenda item.

Mute YouTube: The live stream on youtube.com is slightly delayed so make sure to mute YouTube before calling in to comment.

Phone comment: Please call when the agenda item you would like to comment on begins. Guests from prior agenda items are cleared at the end of each item. You will be placed on hold in an online waiting room. 

Listen to your phone’s audio for a cue on when to speak. You will be asked to press *6 to unmute. Your caller ID, i.e. phone number, may be visible in the YouTube stream. 

Zoom comment: Please connect when the agenda item you would like to comment on begins. Guests from prior agenda items are cleared at the end of each item. You will be placed on hold in an online waiting room. 

Look and listen for your Zoom meeting to go active, then unmute and speak. Your Zoom account information may be visible in the YouTube stream.
