Any member of the public may comment on agenda items, as well as items not on the agenda. Please reference the agenda item # or topic in your comment which should be under 450 words, or 3 minutes.

If you are calling/Zoom’ing in live, please call/connect when the agenda item you would like to comment on begins. Guests from prior agenda items are cleared at the end of each item. You will be placed on hold in an online waiting room. The live stream on youtube.com is slightly delayed so make sure to mute YouTube before speaking.

 

Listen to your phone’s audio for your cue on when to speak. You will be asked to press *6 to unmute. Your caller ID, i.e. phone number, may be visible in the YouTube stream. Similarly for a Zoom connection - look for your session to go active, unmute, and speak. Your Zoom account information may be visible in the YouTube stream. When you have completed your comment, you will again be placed on hold.
