  1. Q What is the business mileage rate for 2024?
    A  Beginning on January 1, 2024, the standard mileage rate for the use of a car (also vans, pickups, or panel trucks) will be .67 cents per business mile driven.
  2. Q How do I sign up for Auto Paycheck Deposit (APD)?
    A Contact the payroll department to request the AUTOMATIC PAYROLL DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT. A voided check and an original signature is required.

  4. Q How do I sign up or make a change to my 403(b) and/or 457(b)?
    A Download the Salary Reduction Form (SRA) [Click the FISCAL SERVICES DOCUMENTS tab on the left side of this screen and open the PAYROLL folder to find the form.]. After you have completed the SRA, fax it directly to Envoy Plan Services at (877) 513-2272. (Complete processing instructions and contact information is provided on page 2 of the SRA.)
  5. Q What are the current Developer Fees (Level 1/Statutory Developer Fee) in the Lucia Mar Unified School District?
    A The Developer Fees will be $4.08 per square foot for residential development and $0.66 for commercial/industrial development.
