Maintenance Work Order Requests
Do you have a work order request for the Maintenance Department? You can login to Web Help Desk by clicking here to submit a maintenance work order. Please note that FMO uses the same work order system as of Information Technology Services. Your login information is the same as your Windows login credentials; for example, User Name: <firstname>.<lastname> and Password: would be your Windows login password.
Please note: Work orders are scheduled according to various factors, including (but not limited to) budget, availability of parts, staff availability, safety, and how staff/students are affected. Some work cannot be done during the school day/year.
