Dr. Paul Fawcett

Dr. Fawcett joined Lucia Mar in 2016 as the Director of Special Education, and then served as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources before being named Superintendent. Dr. Fawcett received his doctorate in Educational Leadership from University of California, Davis and his Master of Arts in both Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction from Cal Poly.  Prior to working for Lucia Mar, Dr. Fawcett served as a high school principal for Winters Joint Unified School District, and has taught K-12. Paul and his wife Casey have two sons and enjoy spending time exploring the central coast.
